Ingredients:

1 cup blackberries (also packed with vitamins, minerals, powerful antioxidants, and fiber)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (an excellent source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids)
Fresh mint leaves (for a refreshing touch and added antioxidants)
1 lime (packed with vitamin C)
1 tablespoon stevia or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
Sparkling water or club soda
Ice cubes
Instructions:
In a bowl, muddle the raspberries, blackberries, and the juice of one lime together. Aim to crush the berries to release their juices and unleash their antioxidant powers.
Add the chia seeds to the berry mixture and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes. The chia seeds will begin to gel, adding thickness and more fiber to the mocktail.
